Office and Hotel Center “L8”

Building L8 is located in the central part of Kyiv in an open and well-viewed area. Based on this, the task was to create a unique recognizable image of the building.

In a small area, the team decided to arrange automated parking in order not to sacrifice space on the ramps.

The facades of the building are made and broken down into the appropriate volumes: hotel, office, and parking.

The team used in the decoration all-glass stained-glass windows and decorative aluminum slats of different colors, which made it possible to further highlight the functional and volumetric-planning zoning.

On the basement floor, we have located a fitness room with a separate entrance and our lobby. From the street side, there is an entrance to the business center and next to the hotel.
