RiverLife is an ambitious concept for a mixed-use residential complex designed to transform the waterfront area into a vibrant new landmark. The project aims to create a self-sufficient district where urban comfort seamlessly blends with the natural river landscape. The architectural identity of the complex is defined by its dynamic variable height (ranging from 2 to 28 stories). This strategy creates an expressive skyline while maximizing panoramic views for residents and ensuring optimal sunlight (insolation) for the inner courtyards. A crucial element of the RiverLife ecosystem is its robust infrastructure platform. Commercial spaces integrated into the lower levels create an active public area along the waterfront, filled with services and leisure activities. At the same time, the project uncompromisingly addresses logistics, enabling the realization of a ‘car-free courtyard’ concept that prioritizes pedestrians, landscaping, and the safety of the internal environment.
