The reconstruction of this building into an office and business center involves retaining the geometry of the existing foundations while constructing an innovative, modern structure. The primary design challenge was twofold: to breathe new life into the existing site and to accommodate a company office for 120 employees, a showroom, a café, and a conference hall, while also landscaping the territory and the adjacent park.

Through the process of energy modeling, the architects shaped the building’s image, carefully considering environmental conditions and internal engineering systems. The structure features all-glass curtain wall facades.

One of the project’s distinctive highlights is an art installation in the form of brass ribbons on the façade, which appear to grow from the ground and rise up to the accessible rooftop. The complex’s centerpiece is a four-story atrium featuring a floating spiral staircase. The interiors are executed in a restrained color palette, with minimalism serving as the core concept for the internal space.
