Designing a multifunctional complex is always an opportunity to create an engaging architectural landmark.
What do we mean by the concept of “living buildings”? These are organisms that function 24/7/365. Contemporary architecture should not merely construct buildings, but above all give meaning and purpose to space.
Thus, we succeeded in designing a multifunctional complex — the Tennis Academy. Naturally, the name reflects the primary function of the facility, which implies that, like any educational institution with its own schedule and regulations, the complex would normally operate only during designated hours.
However, in this particular project, the academy serves only as a core base, comprising indoor and outdoor tennis courts with spectator stands located at the level of the second floor. Surrounding this core is a sports and wellness complex that includes a spa center, a gym, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a healthy food café, as well as a 100-room hotel located on the second and third floors, connected by an atrium to the main lobby area.
Special attention was paid by our architects to the comfort of the guests. Each room is designed so that its windows offer views either of the river or the forest.
