The revitalization project of the Telichka industrial district in Kyiv, located between the Southern and Darnytskyi bridges, aims to transform the depressed and outdated industrial areas into modern, vibrant, and functional zones for residents and visitors. Covering an area of 170 hectares along the Dnipro River, the project envisions the creation of a contemporary infrastructure including roads, sidewalks, bike lanes, lighting, and green spaces to establish a comfortable environment for inhabitants.

A significant portion of the area is earmarked for the construction of residential complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, and restaurants, thereby generating new job opportunities and enhancing the quality of life for local residents. Additionally, the project includes the development of parks, squares, recreational areas, and sports facilities to enrich the local environment and improve the well-being of residents.
