The Skyrise competition aims to identify and recognize the most creative and innovative concepts of skyscrapers that revolutionize the architectural landscape.

For this project, a plot in the Doha Bay area was chosen, the business center of Qatar’s capital. This choice was made due to the already established high-rise development in the center of Doha, where a skyscraper over 150 meters tall could be harmoniously integrated, as well as the presence of a nearby bay.

The architecture of the skyscraper is biomorphic, taking inspiration from a tubular coral, growing from the coral reef to the surface of the sea.This building is multifunctional and includes, in addition to high-end housing and commercial spaces, a range of public functions: a marine research institute, a maritime museum, a diving center, exhibition galleries, and more.

Additionally, the project incorporates some ideas of sustainable development, such as water resource management and energy conservation.
