We designed a multifunctional complex on the territory of the Eva garden nursery, which is there to create a site for a permanent exhibition of garden furniture, equipment, and representative offices of companies providing related services.

On the second floor of the center, there is a small hotel with 20 boutique rooms, and on the third floor, there is a large conference hall for holding summits, conferences, and various events.
In front of the building, we equipped a large area with a covered tent and a stage for concerts. It will be possible to hold holidays, concerts, fashion shows, and private presentations.
The team used solid natural stone slabs and panoramic glazing in the facades. As for the landscape of the courtyard, we made it in the Japanese garden’s style. Also, the exploited roof, which is also a part of an exhibition, is made in the same style.
