This project envisions a contemporary residential complex located at Demiivska Square in Kyiv. The development features two residential towers rising from a shared stylobate that forms a vibrant public hub. The podium level accommodates office and retail spaces, a curated food court, and an underground parking facility, creating a dynamic, comfortable, and well-integrated urban environment.
