Central Park Residential Complex is a project of unprecedented scale that redefines the quality of living in the Zakarpattia region. The “city within a city” concept transforms a 13-hectare area into a self-sufficient eco-district, seamlessly integrated into the picturesque landscape of the Uzh River.

The project’s architectural code is based on human-scale principles: instead of aggressive high-rise development, we created a comfortable space of low-rise buildings. This approach allowed us to preserve a sense of privacy, ensure courtyard insolation, and open up panoramic views of Bozdoskyi Park.

The heart of the quarter is its private 500-meter embankment and a developed ecosystem of services. The territory includes everything necessary: from a private educational complex (school and kindergarten) to a SPA center and a shopping mall. Central Park represents a synergy of modern European architecture and nature, where 60% of the territory is dedicated to green zones and promenades.
