i28 Office Center is a concept for a Class A business center that sets new standards for modern workspace in Kyiv. The project was designed in response to the demands of progressive businesses, where efficiency meets aesthetics and comfort.

The architectural image of the building is defined by its restrained height and an expressive rhythmic façade. Continuous panoramic glazing, complemented by vertical louvers, creates an effect of dynamism and lightness, allowing the object to seamlessly integrate into the existing urban landscape. The extensive glazing area ensures maximum insolation for the office spaces, which is critical for productivity and energy efficiency.
