Euroformat Plant is a renovation and new construction project for a major industrial complex in Kyiv. The primary goal was to create a modern high-tech space that reflects the company’s innovative spirit, uniting production facilities, an R&D center, and administrative offices under one roof.
The architectural image transforms the traditional perception of an industrial facility. The administrative building’s façade features a dynamic design utilizing extensive glazing and contrasting composite panels. The complex’s dominant feature is the 40-meter testing tower—the only structure of its kind in Ukraine—seamlessly integrated into the architecture and serving as a visual brand landmark.
The project encompasses not only aesthetic renewal but also complete functional modernization: expansion of production workshops, creation of comfortable open-space offices, and site landscaping. This stands as an example of how industrial architecture can become an integral part of the modern urban environment.
