Business Center N7 is a reconstruction project transforming a light industry building into a modern office facility. The design involves preserving the load-bearing structures of the first two floors while constructing new levels using lightweight metal structures.

The architectural identity is defined by a distinct glass façade made of glued glass units in various shades, creating depth and rhythm. The centerpiece of the entrance group is a full-height atrium. The contrast between the laconic interior of the lobby and the dynamic exterior highlights the building’s modern character. Rhythmic lighting throughout the atrium reveals changing geometric perspectives depending on the viewing angle.

Functionally, the ground floor houses a lobby, a café, and a coworking space, while the upper floors offer open-plan office areas.
