The Desire apartment complex, located in the promising Altıntaş district of Antalya, embodies refined modern architecture that engages in a dialogue with the sunny climate of the Mediterranean coast. The project was developed with deep respect for the surrounding context, prioritizing balanced proportions and environmental sustainability.

Façade Solutions and Lighting Design The exterior’s dominant feature is the intricate volumetric geometry of the façade. The decorative 3D cladding creates a play of shadows during the day, protecting the interior from overheating, while at night, it transforms into a canvas for a light performance. Dynamic artistic lighting highlights the building’s tectonics, establishing it as a recognizable landmark of the district.

Bionic Accent Acting as a counterpoint to the restrained geometry of the residential block is the fitness center building. It is designed with fluid bionic forms reminiscent of sea waves or natural landscapes. This is not merely a functional structure but a sculptural element that softens the complex’s overall composition.

Interior and Infrastructure The complex’s lobby is executed to five-star hotel standards: a spacious vestibule, reception area, and lobby bar create an atmosphere of privacy and comfort from the very first step. The signature interior design features premium natural materials that emphasize the property’s exclusive status. To ensure resident comfort and a car-free courtyard, a single-level underground parking facility is provided.
