The project of a unique polyfunctional complex in Kyiv NVER is particularly complex and exciting for our team.

The peculiarity of the project lies primarily in the unique architectural image created by the AIMM creative team and the British architect John Dawes.

The main design of the building is the soaring petals-roofs, which embrace the towers and the 50-meter bridge with two pools – inside and open on the roof of the bridge. This solution for residential and public buildings is the first of its kind in the world. It will allow it to become an architectural symbol of Kyiv and the whole of Ukraine.
