Amani Melasti is the embodiment of an architectural ideal, where form and space are shaped by the influence of nature, creating a destination for impeccable retreat. Situated on a scenic coastline, the project features a hotel complex delicately integrated into the surrounding landscape.
The planning solutions and landscape design blur the boundaries between the natural environment and architectural intervention, emphasizing the concept of unity. The facades are crafted from natural materials—stone and wood—framed by cascading gardens that gently descend, immersing guests in a tropical forest atmosphere.
The complex derives a distinct expressiveness from its sculptural roofing, which transforms into a rooftop terrace featuring a panoramic bar and an infinity pool, revealing breathtaking views of the ocean expanse and verdant slopes. The landscape design is inspired by the Indonesian philosophy of harmony and the aspiration toward the sky and sun.
The space is defined by a mirror-like water surface that visually merges with the ocean horizon, creating an illusion of infinity. A paradise garden featuring a relaxation zone, floating loungers, and hanging beds with exquisite details offers opportunities for solitude or socializing in an atmosphere of absolute tranquility.
