M8 Business Center is a striking example of industrial heritage revitalization, where a former production workshop of the “Arsenal” factory was transformed into a modern Class A office facility. The project is located in the heart of the Pechersk district, shaping a new business and cultural cluster of the capital.

Architectural concept focused on preserving the scale of the historical urban fabric while integrating modern technologies. The expressive ventilated façade with rhythmic elements and panoramic glazing adds dynamism to the building while harmoniously blending it into the district’s historical context.

A key interior feature is the atrium, which cuts through the building, flooding the internal space with natural light. Efficient floor plans (shell & core) accommodate large systemic companies. The business center is equipped with state-of-the-art engineering systems and features its own underground parking, a critical advantage for the city center.
