This project is an example of sophisticated modern architecture. The building is in the very center of the capital at 5-7 Kruhlouniversytetska street, Pechersk district. We designed the building taking into account the context of the surrounding development. Our team took into account that the building is located in the historical center of the city, therefore, we made the project in laconic proportions, using natural materials. As an accent in the building, we created a stylobate part using profiled 3D glass and dynamic artistic lighting. Krauss Gallery is a clubhouse in the very heart of Kyiv. The ground floor lobby is designed like an apartment. There is an inviting lobby area, living room, bar, dining room, playroom, and even an office. The author’s design, developed by our architects, includes illustrations of Kyiv from the 18th-19th centuries. The building has four-level underground parking. There are open and closed areas for relaxation, meeting with friends, a library and a bar, a lounge, a crossfit area, an open terrace with playgrounds, relaxation areas, barbecue on the upper terraces.
