Gated Community “Goodlife Park”

Perfect architecture and stunning nature. Country cottage town in the Kyiv region is on an area of about 60 hectares. The AIMM team joined the second stage design project. Restrained minimalist architecture, natural finishing materials, including larch finishing. The architecture of each house is individual for each inhabitant, and every house is unique. Fresh air, a bypass channel with clean cool water, and trees: here is a wonderful place located on the Kyiv Sea not far from the capital.

The main goal of the project is the maximum preservation of the forest area. Environmental friendliness and closeness to nature are the main features of this gated community.

The designers made the houses in the neo-modern style. Straight clear lines, large windows, and minimalism in the decoration of two-story houses allowed to create a harmonious and simple picture. The architects created a kind of small-town with convenient roads, sidewalks, ample parking for both the guest house and at each house.

The team used only natural materials for the construction and decoration of the houses. Wood and brick always look good together, and against the background of the surrounding forest, such a Northern European style looks laconic and appropriate.

The complex is another proof that modern technologies help us to get closer to nature in many ways. The minimalism of the complex, as its basic concept, helps to enjoy all the advantages of its location.
