A new chapter in my life and a new level of responsibility—President of the Ukrainian Chamber of Architects Foundation. Together, we’ve already accomplished a lot by purchasing nearly 1,000 drones, vehicles, and antennas, and now we’re doing everything we can to raise funds for the construction of a school for drone pilots and electronic warfare specialists for the First Presidential Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, “Bureviy.” I’ll share our plans for 2025 soon, but for now, I want to say that we’re all volunteers here. And I dream that there will be more of us. The Ukrainian Architectural Chamber Foundation is a platform for charitable initiatives where anyone can create their own project and bring it to life—now it’s possible!

Over the past 1.5 years of the ARCHITECTS’ WINGS initiative, more than 650 architects and designers from every corner of Ukraine have joined us. I never would have thought that I would come to love people so much. Everyone’s support is priceless!

The HORIZONS Business Center & ZAG-GALLERY has been nominated for the 2026 Mies van der Rohe Award!
The reconstruction of the institute building into the ZAG Gallery serves as an example of a creative approach to preserving the existing structure of the environment. The building’s volume is a combination of a glass envelope and decorative elements in the shape of ‘books,’ creating a well-ordered composition. An innovative solution was the use of aluminum as the primary facade material, making it possible to achieve the desired visual effect while maintaining structural lightness.

The Mies van der Rohe Award is the highest honor for contemporary architecture in Europe, often referred to as the European ‘architectural Oscar.’ It recognizes projects that demonstrate excellence and innovation, setting trends and highlighting the cultural and social significance of architecture. Being nominated for this award means joining the ranks of the finest architectural works on the continent.

Ramada Nusa Dua is the first branded art hotel in Nusa Dua, Bali, embodying the global Art & Wellness trend. The AIMM team has created a complex where art is woven into its very DNA. We developed an architectural concept that transforms the hotel into a living gallery for emotional renewal, masterfully integrating five-star amenities: a spa, a restaurant, a coworking space, an art rooftop, a fitness center, and swimming pools.

This is an asset backed by the management of the global leader Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, guaranteeing high-quality service and customer trust. It is a landmark project shaping new resort landscapes. Ramada Nusa Dua is a new center of attraction in Bali and a unique, impressive experience.

The goal of the project to rebuild the village of Yagidne is not merely to restore what has been destroyed, but to create an entirely new architectural environment that ensures a comfortable life for its residents. The AIMM team is working on a comprehensive approach to reconstruction—beginning with an assessment of the current state, socio-cultural research, the development of reconstruction phases, and legal and urban planning aspects.

The concept is to preserve the cultural heritage embedded in the village’s architecture while recognizing the importance of modernity and convenient infrastructure. In this project, modern technology will blend with the spirit of the past, providing comfort and warmth for every family.

A 5-star complex of apartments in Antalya by AIMM’ architects has started its construction

DESIRE apartments includes a complex of apartments, hotel rooms and services, fitness, cafe, spa and indoor pool, barbecue areas and a summer cinema. Great attention is paid to landscape design and interior design.

Two residential complexes, Stykon, won the international competition —European Property Awards.

• MODERN — in the Mixed-Use Development category. The AIMM team developed architectural solutions and interiors for the lobby and common areas for this multifunctional complex.

It’s one of the most prestigious and widely known world prizes in the field of real estate.

An international jury of 70 independent professional experts evaluated projects according to criteria such as design, quality, operation, innovation, originality, and accordance with international trends.

Receiving the European Property Awards is international recognition of the professionalism of our client, Stykon, and the quality of our complexes as well as their accordance with European real estate standards.
