This award confirms that innovative architecture, tailored to people’s needs and meeting the highest standards of comfort, is in high demand in society.

We continue to move forward and maintain our leadership position by creating architecture that changes cities for the better.

The development of the architectural industry today is impossible without professional unity and open dialogue.

The Architecture Meetup hosted by @pragmatika.media served as a space for professional discussion and the search for shared goals.

During the panel “Architecture on the Edge,” participants agreed that today’s market needs not an increase in construction volume, but well-considered decisions with long-term value. The discussion on renovation focused on a practical question: how to work with historic buildings without imitation or loss of authenticity.

Separately, BIM was discussed as a tool for transparency—for working with investors, international partners, and complex projects.

This dialogue demonstrated that today we need not just a professional community, but a shared vision of the future—one that is conscious and capable of real transformations, of which you and I are a part.

For AIMM, 2025 was a period of unity, expansion, and establishing a strong presence on the international stage.
