Hotels for investors and international operators
AIMM designs hotels and resorts for owners, investors and international operators. The portfolio holds 12 projects in five countries: Ukraine, Bulgaria, Turkey, the Maldives and Indonesia. They include the Taryan Dragon Anantara resort and residential complex in Bali, named the world’s best new hotel at the International Hotel Awards 2025–2026, a 100-room Radisson hotel in the Maldives and the RAMADA NUSA DUA art hotel. Four projects are under construction. The smallest complex covers 0.22 hectares, the largest resort, HELSI RESORT in Truskavets, 111.8 hectares.

How a hotel grew out of existing buildings
Terraced cottages and an administrative building stood on Carpathian terrain. The new function: a hotel with a spa and a rooftop bar.

What to keep and what to take down
The site already held terraced cottages and an administrative and recreation building. They were kept and reinforced, and the surplus floors were taken down.

The new building
The main building becomes the centre of the complex: a spa with a pool and jacuzzi, a herbal bar, coworking, a conference hall and a rooftop lounge bar overlooking the Carpathians.

The hotel received dynamic facades and the existing cottages a new roof concept. The complex reads as one whole.

Despite the dense layout there is a walking route: viewing platforms, gazebos on the hills and a rope park.
