The detail design stage is a key phase during which AIMM, acting as the general designer, develops a complete set of documentation required to pass the official review process and obtain a construction permit. At this stage, the project is brought into full compliance with applicable regulations, urban planning requirements, and regulatory procedures.

The project documentation consolidates architectural, structural, engineering, and technological solutions, as well as safety and environmental compliance aspects, and is submitted through state digital systems. The “Project” stage may also include a separate component — investment materials and feasibility studies (TEO), which is more typical for multi-family residential developments, apartment complexes, office buildings, and shopping centers. This stage establishes the foundation for transitioning to detailed working documentation (R), budget development, scheduling of implementation, and support of the required approval processes.
