About project

Snake House is a mixed-use public building designed to introduce a new typology of commercial real estate to the center of Khmelnytskyi. The project reimagines the traditional business complex by integrating diverse functions within a single architectural framework, creating a vibrant destination for both residents and visitors.

The building brings together a hotel, office spaces, coworking facilities, retail units, cafés, and a Chef’s Hall—a contemporary dining concept that offers a new culinary experience for the city. This carefully curated program ensures activity throughout the day, fostering an environment where work, leisure, business, and social interaction naturally coexist.

Architecture plays a central role in shaping the project’s identity. An open-air amphitheater, exterior staircases leading to a publicly accessible rooftop, and a network of inviting public spaces blur the boundaries between the building and the city, encouraging people to engage with the site beyond its commercial functions.

More than a mixed-use development, Snake House is envisioned as a new urban destination and a catalyst for public life. By combining architectural expression with an open, people-oriented design, the project has the potential to become a new landmark for Khmelnytskyi and a symbol of the city’s contemporary transformation.
