Snake House is a mixed-use public building designed to introduce a new typology of commercial real estate to the center of Khmelnytskyi. The project reimagines the traditional business complex by integrating diverse functions within a single architectural framework, creating a vibrant destination for both residents and visitors.

The building brings together a hotel, office spaces, coworking facilities, retail units, cafés, and a Chef’s Hall—a contemporary dining concept that offers a new culinary experience for the city.
