The AIMM portfolio comprises 13 projects in five countries: Ukraine, Bulgaria, Turkey, the Maldives and Indonesia. They include Hotel Zhytomyr, a 105-room hotel that reopened in 2026 after a reconstruction designed by the firm; the Taryan Dragon Anantara resort and residential complex in Bali, International Winner for New Hotel Construction & Design at the International Hotel Awards 2025–2026; a 100-room Radisson hotel in the Maldives; and the RAMADA NUSA DUA art hotel. Four projects are under construction. The smallest complex covers 0.22 hectares; the largest resort, HELSI RESORT in Truskavets, covers 111.8 hectares.

How a hotel grew out of existing buildings

Terraced cottages and an administrative and recreation building stood on a Carpathian site. The new use: a hotel with a spa and a rooftop bar.

The new building

The new building becomes the centre of the complex: a spa with a pool and jacuzzi, a wellness bar, a coworking space, a conference hall and a rooftop lounge bar overlooking the Carpathians.

The hotel was given dynamic facades, and the existing cottages a new roof concept. The complex reads as a coherent whole.
