Urban planning at AIMM encompasses the development of master plans and functional-spatial concepts for districts, fully integrated with the city’s transport, engineering, and natural systems.
We work with territories of varying scales — from individual districts to entire cities, including regional centers.
AIMM develops master and detailed city plans, as well as zoning projects, which form the foundation for comprehensive territorial development. At the level of detailed planning (DPT), key objectives are addressed — the development of transport and social infrastructure, ecological balance, energy efficiency, and the economic sustainability of the urban environment.
During the design process, the team explores options for the placement of buildings, roads, and engineering networks in accordance with regulations, and proposes alternative scenarios for the development of architectural concepts and lifestyle models, guided by principles of sustainable development and leading global urban planning practices.
