About project
K41 is a cultural institution and club located on the grounds of the historic Richter Brewery (1892–1895) in Podil. This architectural landmark with over 150 years of history was given new life through the concept developed by the Berlin-based studio Karhard and the comprehensive architectural and engineering implementation by AIMM.
The team ensured a careful revitalization of the historic building, integrating modern infrastructure and adapting the space to complex technical loads while preserving its authentic industrial character. The project has become a new cultural magnet for Kyiv.
