About project

UniClinic multidisciplinary hospital was built in 2023 in Zaporizhzhia. This is 8,500 m² of the most innovative hospital in Ukraine.

The building was reconstructed from a five-story unfinished maternity building, which began its construction back in Soviet times.

AIMM’s task was to adapt the old building with old structural solutions, which were places in a state of emergency. The main highlight of UniClinic was the decorative elements made of fiberglass, which have an interesting geometry in the spatial dimension, creating a full 3D effect.

The hospital has a large diagnostic department on the first floor – with MRI, ultrasound, and CT rooms, large waiting areas, and a reception department. Part of the premises of the polyclinic is on the first floor. The hospital has a large inpatient unit, operating rooms, a hotel, a conference block, and an office part.

This is the most modern and largest hospital built in the East of Ukraine during the time of Ukraine’s independence.
