A cozy low-rise neighborhood development with comfortable amenities, green roofs, and varying building heights that shape the exterior appearance of the buildings.

The landscaping combines a variety of green and recreational areas. Everything is designed so that residents of the neighborhood feel at one with nature and can relax and spend their free time without leaving the residential complex.

The facades are unique. While the different exterior designs of the sections contrast with one another, they blend harmoniously to form a cohesive composition.
