About project

The project of a unique multifunctional complex in Kyiv, NVER, is especially difficult and interesting for our team.

Work from scratch: from the creation of every architectural detail to the engineering solutions is a great pleasure for our team.

The peculiarity of the project is primarily in the unique architectural image created by the creative team of AIMM and the British architect John Dawes.

The main idea of the building is floating petals hugging the towers and a 50-meter bridge with two pools: one inside and one open on the roof of the bridge. This solution for residential and public buildings is the first of its kind in the world. It will make it possible to become an architectural symbol of Kyiv as well as the whole of Ukraine.

Inside the building, there is a spacious two-floors height lobby with a garden, lounges, a library, and a cafe. On the side of the main façade, there are two floors of retail and office premises and a children's center.

Also, there is a wine cellar, a lounge with a breakfast cafe, a conference room, and a coworking space on the third floor in two towers.

There is a fitness spa complex, a hotel center, a swimming pool, and an observation deck on the upper floors.

Architectural and engineering solutions of this complex provide technologies that specialists used in Ukraine for the first time.
