LAKESIDE 11

This project is an example of exquisite modern architecture. The building is located in the very center of the capital on Kruglouniversitetskaya street 5-7, Pechersky district. The building is designed taking into account the context of the surrounding building. Given that the house is located in the historic center of the city, Kraus is designed in consistent proportions, using natural materials.

Accents in the building created stylobate part using profiled 3D-skla and dynamic artistic lighting.

Krauss Gallery is a clubhouse in the heart of Kyiv.

The lobby of the first floor is made as an apartment - there is a living area andthe lobby, the living room itself, a bar, a dining room and a game room and even an office.

The author's design, developed by our architects, includes illustrations of Kyiv of the 18th-19th centuries.

The building has a 4-level underground parking.

On the upper terraces there are open and closed areas for recreation, meetings with friends, a library and a bar, a lounge, a cross-fit area, an open terrace with playgrounds, relaxation areas, a barbecue.
