Innovative Center for Cardiac and Vascular Surgery

In the summer of 2021, the Innovative Center for Vascular and Cardiac Surgery was opened.

We are proud of this project and its implementation. We designed every detail with particular attention to the technological requirements of the premises and equipment. During the design process, we collected all engineering networks, architectural and interior solutions into a single BIM model, in which we collected all communications, openings, and fittings.

This hospital is the third building of the hospital on Idzikovskikh. An overground-covered walkway connects the first and second buildings. There is a reception area with rooms for emergency diagnostics, computed tomography, and a box for an ambulance that is completely closed from wind and precipitation on the ground floor.

During the reconstruction of the building, we dismantled all structures, except for columns and crossbars. We lowered the ground floor levels by almost a meter at the basement level to increase the height of the lobby and make the entrance to the hospital and the emergency room barrier-free.

AIMM designed this hospital according to the principle of a five-star hotel. Only navigation reminds us that this is a hospital. A lobby with a huge lounge area, a cafe, a meeting room, and a pharmacy - all of this fit on 500 square meters. There are three lift zones for visitors, staff, and a medical one.

A polyclinic is located on the second floor. On the remaining floors, the oncological department of vascular surgery, neurological department, neurosurgical department, cardiac surgery department, endovascular surgery, intensive care, cardiac resuscitation, operating unit, administration, and conference hall are located.
