Favorit Plaza Hotel and Office Complex

This project is a reconstruction of the Zhytomyr hotel in the city of the same name into a multifunctional complex.

The building will have two large functional areas. The first is a hotel, and the second is an office. The office center has a separate entrance with its lobby.

The hotel part of the building houses a restaurant block for several lots, a congress hall with three conference rooms, a hotel, and apartments.

The project also provides for the reconstruction of the square with landscaping, a fountain.

Our team made facade solutions in restrained lines and color schemes, while the proportions of the existing building were left untouched to save the square ensemble. Above the main entrance to the complex, we applied the technique of the assembled lines of the facade, which resemble fabric. This solution created a neat accent for the restrained architecture.
