Reconstruction of a light industry industrial building into an office building provides the preservation of the existing load-bearing structures of the first two floors. Floors from 3 to 7 are built from lightweight metal structures. There is a lobby, a cafe, and a coworking space on the ground floor. Also, the facade of the building is made of glued glass units of different colors.

To make an impression, you need to be open. The AIMM architects made the impressive effect by an atrium in the interior of the entrance group. The decoration of the hall contrasts with the facade, complementing it from the outside.

Rhythmic lighting across the entire height of the atrium from different angles opens up a changeable geometry of perspective focal points. The laconicism of the interior is filled with the company's philosophy and does not require any excesses.
