The renovation of a public building into an office center became the architectural gentrification of a depressing commuter town.

The unusual shape of the building in the plan set the idea for façade solutions. Since the building was unfinished for a long time (there was a former bar in it), the architects set themselves the goal to create a center of attraction for the micro-district thanks to architectural solutions.

The business function in this place is in short supply. Therefore, the creation of comfortable square meters of office space with its lobby area, cafe, and security is a task that was solved.

Also, on the ground floor, there is a restaurant with an open terrace, built-in retail premises with a transit entrance from the front, and courtyard parts to each.

While developing the concept, we used different finishing materials and shapes. As a result, using bird-shaped chameleon composite panels became the building's hallmark.
