Multifunctional medical and spa complex

The project site is located in a picturesque and ecological area, in the southwestern part of Truskavets. It has a dense deciduous forest and many streams. The site is decorated with the Slonytsia Pond, which is used as a reservoir. There is a walking area and a beach near the pond.

The residents and guests of the complex are provided with all the necessary infrastructure for comfortable living and recreation throughout the year. There are shops, restaurants, hotels, spas and fitness centers, a medical center for health and preventive procedures, a beauty center, a boarding house for the elderly, sports grounds and playgrounds for children's entertainment and recreation.

The complex has an equestrian center for horseback riding and a hippotherapy center, a children's camp, and a children's amusement park. For active recreation, there are routes for tourists and Nordic walking enthusiasts. Several cottage towns with cottages of various sizes for temporary and long-term stays are organized on the territory. There are also large villas with swimming pools for living and relaxing with your family in an environmentally friendly area. A conference center with large and small halls is located on the territory for conferences, business meetings, and various events.

The buildings of the complex are decorated with natural and eco-friendly materials to maximize the combination with nature. The roofs of the hotel and restaurants are made of straw, a traditional material that has been used in Ukrainian architecture since ancient times. The apartment buildings have large terraces and panoramic windows for a feeling of complete immersion in nature.
