The multifunctional complex project includes six stages of construction: three residential buildings, a multifunctional sports center, and two outdoor parking lots.

Laconic architecture and natural finishing materials are the highlights of the complex. The architects and designers used several types of decoration in facades: the several shades of clinker bricks and the porcelain stoneware for the stylobate part.

Each building has its architectural features, and there are no typical floors, which allows you to choose a place to live that suits every taste.
