Comfort Class Complex “Terra-land”
Restrained and elegant architectural solutions and the principle of planning the territory “city within the city” is the key approach of the AIMM architects when creating the concept of the Terra-land comfort-class complex.
The idea is based on world standards of residential real estate - comfort, completeness, safety, and functionality of the territory. The residential complex consists of eight residential quarters, two parking lots for 880 cars, a kindergarten, a school, and built-in, on the ground floors of residential sections, general commercial premises - from a pharmacy, a supermarket to a clinic, cafes, and boutiques. Also, on the complex territory, there is a hotel and office quarter, a shopping and entertainment complex, and a green ring connecting all the courtyards.
The complex territory has clear zoning: the courtyard is provided only for residents, and there is an author's landscape design, children's, sports grounds, and pergolas.
The adjacent territory is also landscaped, including areas outside the site. Landscaping, trees, shrubs, and landscape architecture unite the complex with a common idea from the moment you drive up to the complex to the moment you take the elevator. Then, there is a laconic but luxury entrance lobby with concierge service on the ground floor level. The team developed facade solutions on the general principles of elegant solutions: using natural textures such as brick on the facades, stone/porcelain stoneware for the stylobate part, beige and smoky shades of decorative finishing of sections and balconies. To equip the engineering complex, AIMM used the latest systems allowing the building to be energy efficient.
