Las Auras

This is a project for a private complex situated on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. The project site is located on the northeastern coast of the Dominican Republic, in the province of Samaná. It is roughly divided into 3 valleys and features rugged terrain.

The project entails the creation of 21 private villas, a 100-room hotel, a clubhouse, spa complex, and other infrastructure facilities. The complex is designed to have numerous artificial water bodies, a large beach, and a pool complex.

In the basements of the private villas, NBC shelters are installed, which are interconnected through underground passages along the valleys.

To ensure autonomy, the complex includes a fruit orchard and greenhouses, as well as provisions for collecting rainwater and storing it in reservoirs.
